Welcome. We are professionally trained, qualified and experienced therapists with consulting rooms in London Bridge SE1 and Balham SW12. We have many years' experience in providing counselling and psychotherapy for adults experiencing a range of emotional difficulties.

How can counselling or therapy help?

Counselling Trust provides a safe place for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. You and your counsellor consider together how you might tackle your concerns effectively so that you can move forward. It is not easy to see a counsellor for the first time, and it is not unusual to feel hesitant about sharing personal information. At Counselling Trust our work is confidential and we work within a strict code of ethics. We offer both short-term focused counselling and psychotherapy and open-ended counselling and psychotherapy (in which there is no set end date, but therapy continues for as long as necessary).

Is counselling right for you?

People come to counselling with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. We all need support while we explore these feelings and difficulties: understanding the roots of the conflicts and hurts that influence how we react to situations can enable us to deal with them. Coming to terms with unresolved feelings and trauma from the past, painful conflicts in the present, or worries about the future, opens the way to personal change and growth.

Fees
Sessions, which last for 50 minutes, cost £60 - fees may be negotiable depending on income.
